QUEENSRYCHE SIGNS TO CENTURY MEDIA
Legendary Seattle rockers QUEENSRYCHE are poised to regain their place as hard rock/heavy metal royalty in 2013. The band has just signed a new label deal with Century Media for the release of their latest studio album. The album is slated for release on June 10th, 2013 in Europe (June 11th in North America) and marks the debut album from the lineup comprised of Todd La Torre (Vocals), Michael Wilton (Guitars), Parker Lundgren (Guitars), Eddie Jackson (Bass) and Scott Rockenfield (Drums). The band premiered a snippet from a new song called "Redemption" from the upcoming release which can be viewed at http://youtu.be/P8iaNZBUK9c. QUEENSRYCHE join Century Media's diverse roster comprised some of music's most recognizable talent including In Flames, In This Moment, Lacuna Coil and Arch Enemy to name a few.

Their passion and love for music has been apparent since early discussions and we are pleased to call them partners on this journey," states bassist Eddie Jackson. QUEENSRYCHE will also be heading out on their RETURN TO HISTORY World Tour this March and April. The tour kicks off on March 5th in Dubuque, IA and makes stops in 9 different countries wrapping up on April 26th in the Netherlands. The band will also be taking to the high seas on this year's Monsters Of Rock Cruise and Sweden Rock Cruise. The 23 date trek will make stops in New York, Tennessee and Florida as well as in Canada, United Kingdom and Germany amongst others. Tickets for all shows are currently on sale.
QUEENSRYCHE first burst onto the music scene in 1982 with the release of their self-titled 4 song EP "Queensrÿche". They very quickly gained international recognition and performed to sold out audiences around the world. With the follow up first full-length album "The Warning" in 1984, and the ground breaking 1986 release of "Rage For Order", QUEENSRYCHE continued to prove their worldwide dominance as one of the most respected and creative bands of the 80's. In 1988 the band turned out yet another monumental album "Operation: Mindcrime", which would go on to become one of the TOP 10 best-selling concepts records of all time, and set the stage for continued sold out performances around the world. With the release of the critically acclaimed and commercially successful "Empire" in 1991, the band earned multiple Grammy Award nominations and won the MTV "viewers choice" award for the #1 chart topping hit "Silent Lucidity". During the next ten years, the band continued to release albums and tour the world to sold-out audiences. QUEENSRYCHE has sold over 30 million albums worldwide and have continued to break new ground and push their creative process.
Epica gaat Retrospect show via (Retro)stream online uitzenden
Op zaterdag 23 maart 2013 zendt Epica zijn spraakmakende concert Retrospect live op Internet uit middels een stream. Retrospect vindt die dag plaats in het Klokgebouw in Eindhoven en wordt Epica’s meest ambitieuze show tot nu toe, compleet met een 70-koppig Hongaars koor en orkest (respectievelijk het Extended Remenyi Ede Chamber Orchestra en Choir of Miskolc National Theatre). Internationale gasten en special effects maken dit unieke evenement extra bijzonder.
Niet alleen in eigen land is Epica enorm populair, ook internationaal gooit de Nederlandse symfonische metalband hoge ogen. Op Facebook passeerde het zestal onlangs bijvoorbeeld nog de magische grens van anderhalf miljoen fans (“likesâ€). Nadat Epica zijn Retrospect show had aangekondigd, kwamen buitenlandse fans met de vraag of deze show ook in hun land te zien zou zijn. Weer andere Epica-liefhebbers (vooral buiten Europa) lieten weten het enorm jammer te vinden niet naar Eindhoven af te kunnen reizen voor dit speciale concert.
Uit respect voor zijn fans besloot de band hun de kans te bieden om Retrospect tóch live bij te kunnen wonen en benaderde het bedrijf LiveMusicStage, dat het concert nu op 23 maart live en in HD kwaliteit gaat uitzenden op Internet. Middels de zogeheten Retrostream beleeft de kijker een exclusieve concertervaring met perfect uitzicht, alsof hij daadwerkelijk als bezoeker voor het podium staat.
Gitarist Mark Jansen is erg enthousiast over Retrospect: ,,Ik verheug me enorm op deze show. Al onze inspanningen en successen van de afgelopen tien jaar hebben geleid naar deze apotheose op 23 maart. Samen met een groot koor en orkest optreden is een zeldzaamheid en maakt onze muziek zoveel krachtiger. Sterker nog: zo is het eigenlijk bedoeld, zoals ook op ons live album The Classical Conspiracy te horen is.â€

NEW EMPYRIOS ALBUM ‘ZION’ IN APRIL
Founded by guitar virtuoso and acclaimed producer Simone Mularoni (DGM), Empyrios were able to push forward the boundaries of Progressive Metal with two critically acclaimed albums, ‘...And The Rest Is Silence’, 2007, and ‘The Glorious Sickness’, 2008, built on extreme musicianship and strong feelings, mixing some of the heaviest riffs in Metal with refined guitar and keyboard solos and symphonic orchestra passages. ‘The Glorious Sickness’ granted the band a mention in Metal Hammer's “Best upcoming metal band of 2008†section and in the past few years every single member of Empyrios has been busy touring and making music around the globe. Simone Bertozzi joined the danish metal machine Mnemic for an extensive tour of Europe and Australia, Simone Mularoni packed his guitars and lead DGM through a European tour with Symphony X and Dario Ciccioni kept hitting the stage with Oliver Hartmann's solo project Hartmann. At the same time, countless guitar riffs and drum parts have been exchanged between home studios and dressing rooms to magnificently craft their unique blend of melody, rhythm and sound pressure into a new Empyrios masterpiece. During the 25 years of our activity, Metal Mind Productions organized over 1000 shows, sold over 10 million records, 1000 licenses and worked with the biggest record labels in the world. METALMANIA
Metal Mind is known for organizing one of the biggest metal festivals in Eastern Europe – Metalmania – which had its 20th anniversary in 2006. Over the years the festival featured top names in the metal genre, including Megadeth, Testament, Paradise Lost, Sepultura, Cradle of Filth, Soulfly, Morbid Angel, Overkill, Dillinger Escape Plan and more.
MONSTERS of ROCK
We were proud to organize the memorable Monsters of Rock show in 1991 which featured AC/DC, Metallica and Queensryche, and gathered over 35 000 fans!
METAL HAMMER FESTIVAL
All editions of Metal Hammer Festival in Poland were also organized by MMP. The headliners since 2005 included Korn, Opeth, Tool and Judas Priest.

In the recent years our company invested a lot in new talents and their debut albums. VINDICTIV sign to Escape Music
Swedish metallers VINDICTIV has inked a deal with UK based label Escape Music Ltd. The band's third album, "Cage of Infinity", was mixed by Lars Chriss (LION’S SHARE), and will mark the recording debut of their new singer, Marco Sandron (ex-EDEN'S CURSE).
"With the new album we are heading in a more straight-ahead heavy metal direction compared to the first two releases. I made an effort to make the album cohesive, but as a notorious shredder, I couldn't restrain myself completely," laughs band leader and guitar wiz Stefan Lindholm.
VINDICTIV released two albums so far — the self-titled debut in 2008 and "Ground Zero" in 2009. Apart from his main band, Stefan has been a successful soloist on a number of albums, among them record producer Tom Galley's international project "Phenomena" and "Soulspell". Other great vocalists Stefan has worked with include Tony Martin (BLACK SABBATH), Oliver Hartmann (AT VANCE, AVANTASIA), Göran Edman (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, JOHN NORUM) and Mark Boals (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, RING OF FIRE).
