English:

These British deliver a very convincing piece of hard rock as sophomore of their 2013’ ‘Time’ album. In fact, they give their HR a modern edge by adding a big helping of groove. There’s a solid drum, groovy plucking on the bass, flashing guitar solo’s, a warm voice suiting perfectly for the lyrics with plenty of hooks. His voice reminds sometimes of Mike Tramp (White Lion/Freak Of Nature), while ‘Fade’ or ‘Saving You’ also musically seems to refer to that last band, with that modern touch added that is.

Opening with ‘Welcome To Hell’, they immediately hit the bull’s eye, and they manage, apparently, effortlessly to keep your attention. ‘Never A Better Time’ is also one of those nervous tracks with a relentless drive. This being said, I have to add that the creative drum input (sometimes reminding of GZR) is very important in this band.

More than worth to be checked out!

Nederlands:
