When this album kicks off, it sounds like a well played but standard classic heavy metal album. But it develops into a very interesting record with lots of fascinating passages. The band avoids the usual power metal tricks and combines power with melody and varied rhythm patterns. The instrumental moments are also special with a twin guitar approach. Listen to the title track and you will understand what I mean! If this band can cut it live, they will be a sensation on the next bunch of festivals! Classic metal can still sound fresh and inventive. These Australians know how to play the game! This is their third album.

Als je bij de start van dit album al het gevoel zou krijgen dat je met goed gespeelde, maar clichématige metal te doen hebt, dan word je algauw op een ander been gezet. De plaat evolueert immers in een boeiende richting. De platgespeelde trucjes van het genre worden vermeden en dat komt op de eerste plaats door de lekkere melodieën, het formidabele gitaarwerk en een band die klinkt als een auditief glijmiddel. Luister maar eens naar het titelnummer en je weet meteen wat we bedoelen. Als deze gasten dit ook live kunnen waarmaken, dan hebben we een topkandidaat voor het volgende festivalseizoen! Deze Aussies kennen het klappen van de zweep. Dit is hun derde album.
