EVIL INVADERS: In For The Kill (EP)

With the debut album ‘Pulses Of Pleasure’, the thrash youngsters of Evil Invaders have opened the box of Pandora to world-wide success. They are one of the most intense touring bands of the Lowlands and to confirm this they released late September the EP ‘In For The Kill’. One can find two new songs on it and fervent live versions of ‘Pulses Of Pleasure’ and ‘Victim Of Sacrifice’. The latter ones should be common knowledge, but what can we tell about the new songs? These sound ultimate fast, poisonous and rigorous. On ‘In For The Kill’ they break the speed limit and there’s no way back. ‘Raising Hell’ has a darker tinge than the overwhelming ‘As Life Slowly Fades’, but they show their abilities one more time in a dizzy-making manner.

Met het debuutalbum ‘Pulses Of Pleasure’ hebben de thrashjonkies van Evil Invaders de doos van Pandora geopend naar wereldwijd succes. Ze zijn dan ook één van de meest toerende bands in de Lage Landen en brengen om dat te bevestigen eind september de ep ‘In For The Kill’ uit. Daarop vinden we twee nieuwe songs van de heren en spetterende liveversies van ‘Pulses Of Pleasure’ en ‘Victim Of Sacrifice’. Genoegzaam gekend, maar wat kunnen we melden over de nieuwe tracks? Deze klinken supersnel, giftig en rigoureus. Op ‘In For The Kill’ wordt de munitie op volle kracht verschoten en er is geen weg terug. ‘Raising Hell’ mag dan wat duisterder zijn dan het overrompelende ‘As Life Slowly Fades’, hier wordt op duizelingwekkende wijze gemusiceerd!
