After their debut ‘Rise And Ride’ (2014) the wait for this sophomore effort was pretty long.

The opener blasts thundering and with catchy chorus in speed/heavy style from the speakers. ‘Down And Out’ slows down with a great riff, after which ‘Hold The Line’ is more up tempo. ‘Waiting’ starts rather slow, with shouter Pauly at the helm, but after the break, it’s full speed before ending slower and melodic in the finale. The title track begins acoustically with a medieval accent before speeding up. ‘Trenches’ is again a speed monster with great guitar solo and sounds from the battlefield and ‘Blackbox’ as well as ‘Step Aside’ follow the same speedy path. ‘Awaken’ begins acoustically again after which Pauly shouts his lungs out in this speedy/epic opus.

Great stuff for aficionados of speed!

‘Down And Out’ vertraagt met een ferme riff, waarna ‘Hold The Line’ meer uptempo is. Afsluiter
‘Awaken’ begint weer eens akoestisch waarna Pauly weer zijn longen uitschreeuwt in dit speedy/episch opus.

Prima voer voor liefhebbers van speed!
